Io lavoro in un grandissimo negozio aperto 363 giorni all’anno e quindi spesso vedo.
Yoga, Tai Chi Chuan, 5 Riti Tibetani, Meditazione, Tantra ecc ecc come prevenzione.

5 lecture at the University of the human

15:30 pm Sunday, October 27, 2013 : a shopping center on the outskirts of the city, full of people.
Some wander in search of something to distract their thoughts or to escape from boredom incredible and absurd , to make some purchases in the nose so that only 10% believe they are useful or essential , while the remaining 90 % is the only way to fill a void within himself , emptying even more a family already empty wallet , perhaps with an absurd funding.
I work at a great shop open 363 days a year, and then I see often .
A parade of non- consciousness, nervousness, crying children in strollers scolded by parents, frustrated people to a life without meaning that is unleashed with the clerk on duty for any reason , or because they have waited too long at the checkout.
It 'amazing how no wonder the why of things : If I had a shop full of salespeople who obviously trade company should pay , what would be the price of the product? The cheapest on the market? or would be extremely high to contemplate the value of the service ?
And these products because they cost so little? If anyone asks, they all say the tone of the great economist who tells you things " come from China , they are working ! "
Maybe you do not know what kind of life for the Chinese workers do to save these consumers so inattentive to the suffering of the world ! Maybe they do not know how many children are forced to work up to 14 hours a day, eating junk food inside the factory and even sleep in it , maybe in the tens to every room!
All this because the gay consumer Sunday can pass their free time to fatten the pockets of multinationals and impoverish more and more a planet whose resources are almost nil, where the climate is now upset you played 2 of 4 degrees needed to collapse, the point of no return ... but how come everyone on TV (TV manufactured in China and bought in shopping malls ) say that you need to boost consumption , restart the economy , increase GDP , back to the time of growth?
Growth of what? One of profit, an increase of senseless little numbers on a computer now a few people who rule this system, now devoted to suicide of mankind and therefore of all the species that unfortunately at the expense of these are partners in this wonderful planet .
Life is full on every corner where you can just turn that look with your eyes and just the right awareness, with an open heart , with a love for life that distinguishes the special type of people that you have already realized that something was not here square .
With a few easy steps you can begin to change the world by changing yourself :
- 1 power
A power from a vegetarian diet or vegan even better has a significantly lower impact on the planet's resources in both economic and moral , do not kill animals to feed us , we improve our health and therefore also in a good mood
- 2 transport
For small displacements we do not use cars or motorcycles if not indispensable . We can use public transportation or even better the bike : a means of transport cheap, fast, practical and fun . We can raise our local governments on building bike lanes only when there are many people who use the bike !
- 3 purchases
We buy a product only when really we need. For example, you can repair or recycle lots of products without necessarily follow the run-up to the latest model which is now the strategy of multinational corporations to steal our resources. We are looking for environmentally friendly products and we have a modular interchangeable , meaning that they can be easily repaired parts. Doing this will necessarily follow the market demand by creating this type of product .
- 4 working
There are some jobs that no one should accept to do, for any reason , or even for the highest amount of money that exists : if we do all these jobs would disappear .
For example, no one should work in the field of weapons, fur, factory farms , slaughterhouses , etc. etc. I'm talking about all those sectors that have a direct correspondence with something terribly negative and non- specific lists are used for those who have a minimum of sensitivities.
- 5 health
The feed industry does not care for diseases that cause with what we eat and the pharmaceutical industry will not only cure disease but to sell drugs.
Once " absorbed " these two truths can begin your quest for mental and physical health . You can start doing something for your body with physical exercises aimed at health and thus help to prevent or investigate those more holistic disciplines related to treatment.
Yoga, Tai Chi Chuan , 5 Tibetan Rites , meditation , Tantra etc etc as prevention.
Acupuncture , traditional Chinese medicine , naturopathy , Reiki , homeopathy, medicine Germanic Hamer etc etc are examples of care .
- 6 Personal Relationships
We used to see everything that surrounds us as external and separate and often hostile. In fact most of deepening the question we would realize that we are interdependent with each process or be around us in ways often unknown . The reasons that prevent us from perceiving this unit are to be found in the lack of knowledge , in the mistaken education and the fact that we do not grow enough practices that reinforce our feeling that will lead us closer and closer to our true center .
We live on the circumference of a place where appearances matter more than substance , and then we adapt to survive, not to feel excluded, disrespected , unloved ...
It lacks the courage to take the first step toward self-knowledge which then inevitably leads to everything else ...

To be human is necessary to cultivate three main qualities: freedom, naturalness , awareness.

Quarta lezione presso università dell'essere umano

Quarta lezione presso l'Universita dell'Essere Umano
Chi siamo realmente?

Fourth lecture at the University of Being Human
Who we really are ?

Watching the video of Gangaji here:
(http://youtu.be/kUtH0DDJorM) there was some thoughts:
Who am I? What's really important in this life that I'm living in?
I'm actually experiencing as I would like , and in accordance to what they really are , or my thoughts , my actions , and even what I think I see in front of me are just the result of illusion put to me by all the influences had since I was born ?
What is the core to which I must return to do the zero point ? Where is my true center ?
Hundreds of questions that could give many answers, but that's not the point .
We try to do as the Devas , to say what they are not ?

I do not have my name, my race, my nationality : I have been buckled on the basis of a simple "case" geographic . If I had been born in Africa ... If I could not change any of these actually my freedom and would just pretend does not exist.
Moreover, all these labels I can easily change in a moment and I would always be the same, or not? Try to swap two newborn infants (eg, an Israeli and a Palestinian ) and give them to new families . When they grow up to become what society determines to be around them and also trying to say that this exchange took place at birth, do you think that would change anything , in addition to the shock ?

I am not my job. There are those who strongly identifies with what they "produce" and it can be positive but it depends on your point of view . example:
If I were the best designer of anti-personnel mines in the world for a large arms industry certainly would have a job that gives me a lot of fame and money, and therefore a good life from the material point of view , but thinking about the consequences of my projects I've really product if not suffering and death? What use had this my "work" ?
Does anyone know what is he thinking , " someone has to do it because even though it's a dirty job allows you to maintain the balance between life and death and between the strongest and the weakest similar to what Darwin said about the evolution of the species " and so on ... and so on ... blah blah blah. "
The balance for me are quite different : collaboration , harmony, compassion , a sense of shared humanity , integration and coexistence , respect, peace , serenity and objectives aimed at the accumulation of wealth .... etc. etc.

I am not my thoughts , my mind . This is not true at all but in part. Thoughts are part of me to the extent that through me at that moment but are not produced by me and so I'm not me. The simple proof of this fact takes place when in a meditative phase can " see my thoughts " and slowly fade away ... something remains vigilant in that moment of no-mind ? Sure you 'd be sleeping or otherwise I would have died . Ergo : we are not our thoughts . The thoughts are obviously not physical but even subtly , we are only talking about a process.

I am not my body: and here you go the harder. I have a body but not the one . I do this one . The body allowing me to connect and interact with the outside and the inside with my emotions, but they are not even the emotions , variables such as the weather .
Can I conceive all this thanks to my self-consciousness which is pure consciousness , the witness watching my thoughts , my body and my emotions .
The body is an amazing medium, a wonderful machine and intelligent that I should try and always wonder the wonder of the child in front of the sea the first time.

The reality is that we are all these things and none of them at all, we are part of a living system of interconnected we lost consciousness.
Some people live in a wretched part or all of their lives often because of their identification with the possession of objects or ways of being useless : large amounts of money, fame and success, the bigger house and nice , the thickest car and powerful, the newest phone or the computer , the body more beautiful and admired the collection of girlfriends / s .
Everything that is worth to live usually has no value for this type of person and actually has no measurable value to be loved and to love , have deep understanding , live in peace and serenity, reach higher peaks of consciousness, able to have not passive acceptance , health of body and mind , focusing on their and others' spiritual progress ...

Vegetariani

Solo chiacchere e distintivo.
Satyam

For years, I talk to or read from people interested in the journey towards spiritual progress, or at least going through a journey of personal growth. There is often a false note in my opinion, that is the fact that they are not vegans or vegetarians. This kind of choice naturally leads to a connection with other living beings and eat them is not compassionate. So no ifs, ands or buts, someone should meditate a bit 'more deeply about their food choices also considering the impact that they have on animals themselves, the planet.
Otherwise, what we are talking about growth?
As in a famous scene from a movie:
Just talk and distinctive.
