Le grandi aziende si fondano su un sistema ormai superato e che non può più funzionare . Da un lato gli azionisti e i grandi manager vogliono prima di tutto il profitto e poi la qualità : per fare ciò senza impazzire o esaurirsi ed ammalarsi i lavoratori cercano di passare una parte del loro lavoro ad altri ( non la delega vera ma lo scarica barile) con conseguenze devastanti sul l'ultimo anello della catena. Qual è la soluzione ?
