Mi hai rotto i coaching!

Oggigiorno è molto di moda il coaching; da tutte le parti escono nuovi settori in cui questi mentori ci assicurano di poter arrivare a raggiungere i nostri obiettivi, ognuno col suo metodo che è superiore a quello degli altri...

Dallo sport agli affari, dal lavoro alla vita personale e fino alla crescita spirituale queste metodologie offrono validi strumenti per facilitare il nostro percorso.

Inizialmente è necessario capire esattamente chi siamo e cosa vogliamo; ed una volta scoperto esistono metodi per stilare un piano graduale e stabilire e raggiungere i vari step, stabilendo le risorse necessarie e quali talenti dobbiamo usare, comprendendo anche un eventuale piano B o C se nel frattempo dall'esterno dovessero cambiare le condizioni o la risposta.

Fino a qui direi che va tutto bene, anzi mi sembra un ottimo sistema anche se schematizzarlo in poche righe è alquanto difficile e quindi sicuramente (non essendo un esperto) ho trascurato qualche aspetto.

Servirebbe a chiunque un metodo per non perdere mesi se non anni anche se forse ci arriverei comunque da solo a raggiungere i miei obiettivi, facendo i miei errori e con un po' più di tempo.

Quello che proprio non sopporto sono gli improvvisati, gli zelanti (troppo), chi promette l'impossibile, i troppo sicuri e soprattutto coloro che ti aiuterebbero anche ad uccidere tua suocera senza andare in galera nel modo più efficiente, perché è quello il tuo obiettivo!

Ovviamente si tratta di un esempio paradossale per far capire che comunque l'obiettivo deve essere sempre “ecologico” ovvero non deve andare a scalfire in nessun modo quello degli altri se non aiutarli.

Poi ci sono quelli che “sparano” sul mucchio sia nella vita reale che soprattutto sul web , offrendo servizi “secondo loro” utili a chiunque; per esempio i fitness-coach che ti propongono di dimagrire 7 kg in 7 giorni con allegate foto improbabili di prima e dopo...

I più divertenti sono quelli che ti assicurano che riuscirai a fare una montagna di soldi se compri i loro corsi ( a volte on line) che costano pochissimo. Arriviamo al non senso totale: se io conoscessi un metodo simile lo userei solo per me e non cercherei di venderlo oltretutto a basso costo, o no?

Ma poi chi ancora crede nel 2018 che arricchirsi significa essere felici quando è stata pubblicata la famosa piramide di Maslow nel 1954 che individua la scala dei bisogni umani...?

Come al solito io comincerei ad analizzare la parola: cosa significa coach?

Ovviamente è una parola inglese che significa: allenatore, allenare ma anche carrozza, pullman:

insomma salite sul mio bus tutti che vi mostro come cambiare le vostre abitudini.

Perché?

Perché gran parte delle nostre azioni sono ripetitive e inconsapevoli. Voi non ci crederete ma è così: essendo ancorati a queste azioni spesso disfunzionali e non accorgendosi di farle abbiamo bisogno di un aiuto esterno per scardinare questo meccanismo cambiando i nostri comportamenti e diventando più efficaci. In questo caso benvenuto coaching!

Semplice no? No.

Ma almeno proviamoci, ma con un coach vero, seguendo il nostro istinto e non i titoli blasonati perché spesso non è detto che chi è famoso è il migliore!

You broke my coaching!

Nowadays coaching is very fashionable; from all the parts come out new sectors in which these mentors assure us of being able to reach to reach our objectives, each one with his method that is superior to that of the others ...

From sports to business, from work to personal life and up to spiritual growth, these methods offer valuable tools to facilitate our journey.

Initially it is necessary to understand exactly who we are and what we want; and once discovered there are methods to draw up a gradual plan and establish and reach the various steps, establishing the necessary resources and what talents we must use, including also a possible plan B or C if in the meantime from the outside they had to change the conditions or the answer .

Up to here I would say that everything is fine, in fact it seems to me a very good system even if schematizing it in a few lines is very difficult and therefore certainly (not being an expert) I neglected some aspect.

It would serve anyone a method not to lose months if not years even if perhaps I would still arrive alone to reach my goals, making my mistakes and with a little 'more time.

What I can not stand are the improvised, the zealous (too), who promises the impossible, the too safe and especially those who would also help you kill your mother-in-law without going to jail in the most efficient, because that's your goal !

Obviously it is a paradoxical example to make it clear that in any case the objective must always be "ecological", that is, it must not in any way affect the behavior of others if not to help them.

Then there are those who "shoot" on the pile both in real life and especially on the web,

offering services "according to them" useful to anyone; for example the fitness-coaches that propose you to lose weight 7 kg in 7 days with attached improbable photos of before and after ...

The funniest are those that assure you that you will be able to make a lot of money if you buy their courses (sometimes online) that cost very little. We come to the total nonsense: if I knew a similar method I would use it only for me and I would not try to sell it moreover at low cost, or not?

But then who still believes in 2018 that getting rich means being happy when the famous Maslow pyramid was published in 1954 that identifies the scale of human needs …?

As usual, I would begin to analyze the word: what does a coach mean?

Obviously it is an English word which means: coach, coach but also coach, coach:

in short, get on my bus all I show you how to change your habits.

Because?

Because a large part of our actions are repetitive and unaware. You will not believe it, but it's like this: being anchored to these often dysfunctional actions and not realizing that we need them, we need external help to undermine this mechanism by changing our behavior and becoming more effective. In this case welcome coaching!

Simple, no? No.

But at least let's try, but with a real coach, following our instinct and not the titles emblazoned because often it is not said that who is famous is the best!

Queste due parole che sembrano particolarmente difficili esprimono due realtà molto semplici

Propriocezione significa percezione di se stessi , in particolare si usa per quanto riguarda il proprio corpo.

Sembra normale che ognuno percepisca il suo corpo ma invece per molti normale non lo è affatto.

Al di la di specifiche malattie sia mentali che non che di fatto impediscono questa percezione rendendo di fatto la vita di alcune persone molto difficile, esiste sicuramente nell’attuale società moderna così poco “naturale” e più vicina al mondo digitale che non è altro che un alter ego appunto dell’ego della mente, molti condizionamenti atti a ridurre la propriocezione.

Per sfuggire a ciò molte persone, più sensibili di altre a questa lontananza dalla natura e dalla naturalezza, svolgono alcune pratiche come lo Yoga, il Tai Chi o semplicemente meditazioni o altre pratiche che servono per entrare nel quieora tramite l’amplificazione della presenza e consapevolezza.

D’altronde la propriocezione non è forse un atto di consapevolezza di se stessi?

Come possiamo vivere in modo soddisfacente la nostra vita di tutti i giorni se alcuni concetti come IO, IL MIO CORPO, IL CORPO DEGLI ALTRI, L’UNIONE DI TUTTE LE COSE VIVENTI E NON non sono almeno abbozzati nella nostra sfera di conoscenza?

Una pratica la possiamo fare tutti noi tutti i giorni e quando vogliamo, ovunque siamo:

praticare l’immersione totale nei nostri sensi in collegamento con la consapevolezza, attraverso l’osservazione senza giudizio e interferenza della mente e dei pensieri di tutto ciò che ci circonda…

L’aria per esempio, qualcuno si è mai fermato a sentire l’aria che contorna ed entra nel nostro corpo attraverso la pelle, attraverso il respiro entra dentro di noi e riempe i polmoni dando ossigeno al nostro sangue e facendo funzionare perfettamente qualche trigliardo di cellule del nostro corpo, l’ria che spinta dal vento con la differenza di temperature muove e produce suoni meravigliosi di rami che titinnano nel cielo e potre continuare per ore descrivendo ogni meraviglia che ci circonda MA CHE I NOSTRI SENSI IGNORANO POICHE’ LA MENTE E’ TROPPO OCCUPATA NEL SUO ASSURDO LAVORO IN OGNI ISTANTE, ed ogni istante moriamo ed ogni istante rinasciamo.

Qualcuno si è mai accorto dopo qualche ora dell’effetto di sentire il proprio corpo appoggiato sul supporto ove siamo posati? Oppure sentiamo solamente quando il corpo , STUFO DI ESSERE IGNORATO DA UNA MENTE COSI’ SUPERBA CI INVIA DEI SEGNALI ATTRAVERSO DOLORI?

Per questo la propriocezione è così importante: se tutti i giorni ringraziassimo i sensi usandoli per guardare con occhi veri (senza giudizio, senza etichette, senza pensieri che subito nascono per spiegare o trasformare cosa vediamo!) , ascoltare solo con le orecchie tutto il fantastico mondo dei suoni, sentire attraverso il naso i profumi e le puzze ringraziando per i segnali che ci invia, gustando attraverso la bocca ad ogni boccone e ringraziando per il buon sapore di quanto stiamo assaporando che ci mantiene vivi insieme , come dicevo prima, all’aria che respiriamo che non contiene sollo ossigeno , azoto ed altri gas importanti alla nostra vita MA CONTIENE LA VITA STESSA ATTRAVERSO SOTTILI FORME DI ENERGIA CHE INCORPORIAMO AD OGNI RESPIRO.

Il fatto stesso che il nostro corpo è quieora in questo CAMPO ENERGETICO , lo influenza CREANDO DI FATTO LA REALTA’ CHE VIENE PERCEPITA! E questo non lo dico io e nessun mistico o qualche teoria new age la le ultime scoperte della FISICA QUANTISTICA.

Ho lasciato per ultimo il tatto ma non importanza, anzi perché per me (essendo anche un massaggiatore) il tatto è il senso più importante.

Attraverso IL CONTATTO tra la nostra pelle viaggiano CALORE, ENERGIA, AMORE non solo fisicamente ma nei gesti, quando ci stringiamo la mano in modo sincero, quando abbracciamo fornendo supporto e amore , quando ci sfioriamo nell’atto di amarci fisicamente e tutto il nostro corpo trema di emozione come se non esistesse altro che NOI, ed è proprio così , in quel momento non esiste altro che il NOI, perché il IO E TE non esistono più: E’ QUESTO IL SEGRETO INTRINSECO ALLA GRANDEZZA DEL TOCCARE, DEL CONTATTO TRA I CORPI, UNA GRANDEZZA DAVVERO INFINITA.

Adesso vi chiederete cosa sia l’enterocezione.

E’ lo stesso principio enucleato qui sopra e scritto da me , (spero chiaramente) ma rivolto non verso l’esterno ma verso l’INTERNO DI NOI STESSI.

SIA UNO CHE L’ALTRO POSSONO ESSERE MEMORIZZATI LEGGENDO E ATTRAVERSO SPIEGAZIONI ORALI MA FINIRANNO PRESTO NELL’OBLIO IN QUESTO MODO COME OGNI SAPERE CHE NON HA DOPO BREVE TEMPO LA PROVA DELL’ESPERZIENZA.

NON esiste una vera CONOSCENZA SENZA ESPERIENZA.

Avete mai avuto l’esperienza di ricevere un massaggio fatto da mani esperte ma soprattutto amorevoli? Se si ve lo ricordate sicuramente mentre se chi vi massaggiava pensava solo ai fatti suoi ed al conto che avreste pagato, sarà un fievole ricordo sbiadito.

Ogni azione può essere fatta in tre modi: con indifferenza, con dolo e per produrre danni o con PASSIONE, ENTUSIASMO E TOTALITA’. Le tre cose spesso si possono michiare ed intrecciare o essere presenti entrambi a piccole dosi percentuali che dipendono ma numerosi fattori il cui il più importante è LA PRESENZA MENTALE.

L’enterocezione prevede uno scalino in più perché dobbiamo riuscire a essere osservatori di noi stessi: la consapevolezza che osserva i pensieri, la mente come se guardassimo un cielo ove ogni tanto passa una nuvola; prendiamo coscienza che il pensiero esiste ma non “gli diamo energia” semplicemente osservandolo lo lasciamo passare.

Non è molto semplice e credo che chiunque abbia provato ad effettuare la meditazione Vipassana sa di cosa stò parlando.

Come ogni azionesiste la possibilità di allenare “i muscoli” che la provocano ovvero accrescere tutto ciò che ci porta a facilitare questo processo con la pratica e soprattutto con molta determinazione.

Se la propriocezione ci porta a scoprire la posizione del nostro corpo rispetto allo spazio ed al tempo l’enterocezione ci porta a scoprire la nostra posizione rispetto all’universo e l’eternità.

In effetti non c0è molta differenza fra i due in quanto lo spazio ed il tempo esistono uniti in quanto frutto della dimensione della nostra vita terrena, la quale fa parte di un progetto più ampio e MULTIDIMENSIONALE accessibile dall’interno e non dall’esterno.

Sembra incredibile ma dopo centinaia di anni di ricerche scientifiche per scoprire l’universo i fisici quantistici dimostrando sperimentalmente l’inconsistenza della materia in quanto energia e l’unione di tutte le minuscole particelle sub-atomiche facenti parte di un inter-essere universale sono arrivati alle stesse conclusioni dei mistici orientali: i taoisti in Cina , gli indù e buddhisti in India.

L’uomo è allo stesso tempo il centro e facente parte dell’universo: è lo spettacolo e lo spettatore ma spesso non se ne rende conto in quanto vive nell’illusione di un sogno chiamato vita.

On proprioception and enteroception

These two words that seem particularly difficult express two very simple realities
Proprioception means the perception of oneself, in particular one uses one's own body.
It seems normal that everyone perceives his body but instead for many normal it is not at all.

Has anyone ever noticed after a few hours the effect of feeling your body resting on the support where we are laid? Or do we only hear when the body, STUFF TO BE IGNORED BY A SO MUCH SUPERB, SENDS SIGNALS THROUGH PAIN?
This is why proprioception is so important: if every day we thank the senses by using them to look with real eyes (without judgment, without labels, without thoughts that immediately arise to explain or transform what we see!), Listen only with the ears all the fantastic world of sounds, feel the perfumes and the smells through the nose thanking for the signals that it sends us, tasting through the mouth at each bite and thanking for the good taste of what we are tasting that keeps us alive together, as I said before, all ' air that we breathe that does not contain only oxygen, nitrogen and other gases important to our life MA CONTAINS THE SAME THROUGH THIN SUBSTRATES OF ENERGY THAT WE INCREASE TO EVERY REST.
The very fact that our body is still here in this ENERGY FIELD influences it by CREATING THE REALITY THAT COMES TO YOU! And I do not say this and no mystic or some new-age theory is the last discoveries of QUANTUM PHYSICS.
I left touch last but not important, indeed because for me (being a masseur too) touch is the most important sense.
Through the CONTACT between our skin travel HEAT, ENERGY, LOVE not only physically but in gestures, when we shake hands sincerely, when we embrace providing support and love, when we touch each other in the act of loving each other physically and our body trembles with emotion as if nothing else existed but US, and that's right, at that moment there is nothing but US, because I AND YOU no longer exist: THIS IS THE SECRET INTRINSIC TO THE GREATNESS OF TOUCHING, OF THE CONTACT BETWEEN I BODIES, AN INFINITE REALLY GRANDNESS.
Now you will wonder what enteroception is.
It is the same principle enucleated above and written by me, (I hope clearly) but turned not towards the outside but towards the INSIDE OF WE SAME.
BE ONE THAT THE OTHER MAY BE MEMORIZED BY READING AND THROUGH ORAL EXPLANATIONS BUT WILL FIND SOON IN THE OBLE IN THIS WAY AS ANY KNOWING THAT HAS NO SHORT TIME AFTER THE EXPERIENCE TEST.
There is NOT a true KNOWLEDGE WITHOUT EXPERIENCE.
Have you ever had the experience of receiving a massage done by expert hands but above all loving? If you remember it for sure, and if the person who massaged you thought only of his own business and of the bill that you would have paid, it will be a faint, faded memory.
Every action can be done in three ways: with indifference, with malice and to produce damage or with PASSION, ENTHUSIASM AND TOTALITY. The three things can often be mingled and intertwined or present both in small doses that depend on but numerous factors whose most important is MENTAL PRESENCE.
Enteroception involves an extra step because we must be able to be observers of ourselves: the awareness that observes the thoughts, the mind as if we were looking at a sky where every now and then a cloud passes; we become aware that thought exists but we do not "give it energy" simply by observing it we let it pass.
It is not very simple and I believe that anyone who has tried to perform Vipassana meditation knows what I am talking about.
Like any shareholder, the ability to train "the muscles" that cause it or increase everything that leads us to facilitate this process with practice and above all with great determination.
If proprioception leads us to discover the position of our body with respect to space and time, enteroception leads us to discover our position with respect to the universe and eternity.
In fact there is not much difference between the two in that space and time exist united as the fruit of the dimension of our earthly life, which is part of a larger and MULTIDIMENSIONAL project accessible from within and not from the outside.
It seems incredible but after hundreds of years of scientific research to discover the universe quantum physicists experimentally demonstrating the inconsistency of matter as energy and the union of all the tiny sub-atomic particles that are part of a universal inter-being have arrived to the same conclusions of Eastern mystics: Taoists in China, Hindus and Buddhists in India.
Man is at the same time the center and part of the universe: it is the spectacle and the spectator but often does not realize it because he lives in the illusion of a dream called life.

Siamo sempre troppo occupati

Siamo sempre troppo occupati

Quante volte ci siamo visti scappare via un’occasione che dovevamo prendere al volo? E quante volte non riusciamo a raggiungere i nostri obiettivi e neppure a pianificare il nostro operato perdendoci nell’urgenza?

Troppe volte.

Sembra di facile soluzione, ma non è proprio così. Viviamo nel mondo della super produttività e del multitasking e fermarsi per scrivere una lista di priorità e rispettarla diventa sempre più difficile, ma non facendolo spesso potremmo perderci quel 20% di attività che producono l’80% del nostro risultato, qualsiasi esso sia.

Proprio come nel disegno qui sopra dovremmo ogni tanto fermarci e lavorare sulle “cose importanti” che sembrano meno urgenti ma che dopo ci faranno guadagnare un sacco di tempo e fare meno fatica: cosa succede se mettiamo le ruote rotonde e non quelle quadrate?

Ci hanno abituato con una vita di condizionamenti che “il vero uomo” è colui che fatica e produce senza sosta e senza mai fermarsi: uno con le palle! Lui non si ferma mai a pensare: “come potrei modificare il mio operato per migliorare la mia efficienza?” , oppure “chi potrebbe aiutarmi delegando parte del mio lavoro e della mia responsabilità?”.

Un modo per mettere le ruote rotonde è anche imparare ad ascoltare se stessi, il proprio intuito, quella forma di intelligenza altamente creativa che NON lavora mai a comando ma sembra arrivare a noi da non so dove ma che comunque arriva! Come? Con il rilassamento e non sempre con la concentrazione anche se le due cose non sono necessariamente antagoniste.

Se assimiliamo questo concetto e lo riportiamo nella nostra vita si potrebbe anche allargarlo ripensando a tutte le azioni che svolgiamo ogni giorno praticamente in modo “autonomo” ovvero senza consapevolezza. Siamo sicuri che tutto quello che stiamo facendo è di nostro gradimento? Stiamo dando il massimo di noi stessi oppure neanche la parvenza? Abbiamo realmente scelto noi la nostra vita o “ci è stata costruita intorno” da qualcun altro?

Sono domande fondamentali che ognuno di noi potrebbe analizzare semplicemente mettendosi in meditazione con la domanda stessa, senza alcuno stress di arrivare ad una risposta e lasciando che la mente divaghi da sola fino a spegnersi...troverete strano scoprire che la risposta a volte arriva proprio in quel momento ed è talmente ovvia! Si chiama intuizione, questa sconosciuta!

La base di ogni innovazione, di ogni scoperta o del suo inizio, di ogni visione che va oltre il normale pensiero e ci fa evolvere in qualcosa di meglio...insomma la base per ogni inizio.

A noi la scelta: possiamo continuare a fare trasporti con le ruote quadrate faticando tantissimo oppure fermarci un attimo e dare retta a quel pazzo che ci sta facendo vedere quelle strane cose rotonde...a voi la scelta.

We are always too busy

How many times did we get away with an opportunity we had to take on the fly? And how often do we fail to achieve our goals and even plan our work by losing our urgency?
Too many times.
It seems to be an easy solution, but that's not right. We live in the world of super productivity and multitasking and stop to write a list of priorities and respect it becomes increasingly difficult but failing to do so often we could lose that 20% of activities that produce 80% of our result, whatever it is.
Just as in the drawing above we should occasionally stop and work on the "important things" that seem less urgent, but after that they will make a lot of time and make less effort: what if we put round wheels rather than square ones?
They have become accustomed to a life of conditioning that "the real man" is the one who struggles and produces without stopping and never stopping: one with the balls! He never stops thinking, "how could I change my job to improve my efficiency?" Or "who could help me by delegating part of my job and my responsibility?"
One way to put round wheels is also to learn to listen to oneself, their intuition, that highly creative form of intelligence that never works on the command but seems to come to us from not knowing where but still arriving! As? With relaxation and not always with concentration even though the two things are not necessarily antagonistic.
If we assimilate this concept and report it in our lives it could also extend it by thinking back to all the actions we do every day virtually in an "autonomous" way or without awareness. Are we sure that all we are doing is ours? Are we giving the best of ourselves or not even the semblance? Did we really choose our life or "have we been built around" by someone else?
They are fundamental questions that each of us could analyze simply by meditating on the question itself, without any stress to arrive at a response and letting the mind break out on its own until it goes out ... you will find strange to find that the answer sometimes comes right at that time and it is so obvious! It's called intuition, this stranger!
The basis of every innovation, every discovery or beginning of every vision that goes beyond normal thinking and makes us evolve into something better ... in short, the basis for every beginning.
We have the choice: we can continue to transport with the square wheels with a lot of effort or stop for a moment and give the crazy one who is seeing those strange round things ... to you the choice.

Questo è un atto di accusa e di responsabilità, ma non contro qualcuno in particolare, contro noi, noi come genere umano, come esseri umani che abitano questo pianeta.

Sono riflessioni che ognuno dovrebbe fare se non avesse gli occhi chiusi perché basta guardarsi intorno e la realtà rivela quello che abbiamo sbagliato ed allo stesso tempo cosa possiamo fare per rimediare e migliorare.

L’uomo come entità fisica e spirituale ha una grande forza che è quella di imparare ed elaborare ed anche un grande potere che può essere creativo o distruttivo a seconda se usa il cervello oppure il cuore oppure come sarebbe meglio, entrambi uniti assieme.

Se ci guardiamo attorno nelle nostre città vediamo tante persone che sembrano cieche. Lo sembrano in quanto vagano con immensa fretta verso le loro abitudini senza accorgersi che la vita sta finendo o finirà a breve, oppure è già finita da tempo poiché non sono loro a scegliere cosa fare, pensare, volere ecc ecc ma seguono semplicemente le abitudini, i condizionamenti, “quello che devo fare perché lo fanno tutti” senza accorgersi che è tutto un sogno, una fregatura.

C’è poca compassione ed empatia nei rapporti umani soprattutto in città e soprattutto nei grandi rapporti, quelli fra gli stati, la nazioni, queste entità inventate dall’ego per poter dire “sono meglio di te e tu sei peggio e questo mi fa stare bene”. Nei rapporti internazionali vengono ratificate leggi ove il più forte, il più ricco è sempre più ricco e sempre più potente mentre al contrario la massa deve solo lavorare e consumare incessantemente quello che ci dicono senza poter dare la propria opinione su questi meccanismi.

Ma il più ricco di cosa è ricco? Di denaro? Di Oro? Di cosa? Credete che siano felici contando i loro miliardi? Credete che dia a loro soddisfazione l’ennesimo acquisto di un attico da 1 milione o dell’ultimo modello di Ferrari? O è solo come per noi comprare un caffè? Quanta felicità vi da, bere un caffè se non per massimo 1 minuto?

Insomma qual è la missione, lo scopo di queste persone che governano il mondo accumulando potere e ricchezze senza poter amare, condividere, creare, sviluppare progetti?

La loro ricchezza è veramente il nulla. L’amore e l’interessere esistente fra ogni piccola particella dell’universo è il tutto.

Le persone nelle città si comportano come se i beni comuni fossero di qualcun altro: buttano l’immondizia per terra pensando che sia giusto che qualcun altro pulisca o non curandosi affatto del danno che stanno facendo.

Sapete quanta plastica esiste in questo momento sulla terra e che sta inquinando i mari a tal punto che probabilmente nulla facendo fra pochi anni le specie marine scompariranno e la catena alimentare farà il resto del lavoro, uccidendo altre specie che si nutrono dei pesci.

Alcuni studi sostengono che ormai la plastica si è infiltrata anche nell’acqua che beviamo , negli acquedotti, nelle falde acquifere, le sorgenti e quindi stiamo tutti bevendo plastica (derivato del petrolio e cancerogeno) da molto tempo.

Nonostante questo ovunque ci giriamo tutto è di plastica: ogni contenitore alimentare, anche il più “biologico” contiene qualcosa di plastica e quindi questo processo viene continuamente alimentato e raddoppiato con l’andare del tempo.

Alcune città sono più pulite, altre più sporche e ci sono luoghi nel mondo dove non esistono rifiuti perché vengono totalmente gestiti con il riciclaggio ma la percentuale di questi virtuosi è talmente bassa che appare come una piccola pozza rispetto al mare.

Non è disfattismo e vedere solo il negativo: sono fatti ed è la prima cosa da fare per fare il primo passo verso una rinascita positiva: è necessario prendere coscienza, usare la propria profonda consapevolezza ed il profondo amore che ognuno di noi ha nei nostri cuori e nelle nostre menti e proiettare tutto quello che ne esce in progetti per un futuro migliore, per il cambiamento che porti ad una società nuova.

La società che io vedo con questa consapevolezza e questo amore nel cuore è questa:

non esistono più stati, nazioni, frontiere perché non servono, siamo tutti cittadini degli stati uniti del mondo. L’organizzazione dello stato è finalizzata al benessere delle persone e non alla crescita economica. Chi decide non è un'élite ma tutti i cittadini collegati con una rete di facile accesso e le decisioni sono sempre univoche: non esiste la maggioranza e la minoranza ma si arriva sempre ad un accordo dove tutte le parti sono tutelate e soddisfatte perché non esiste più differenziazione fra ricchi, poveri, intelligenti e non, razze, classi sociali, religioni… solo esseri umani che condividono una vita felice fatta di poche ore di lavoro al giorno e molto tempo per la creatività, l’amore , la cura dell’ambiente, l’arte e tutto quello che può dare felicità e benessere senza nuocere ad alcuno.

Le ricchezze del mondo ridistribuite secondo un accordo mondiale potrebbero rendere tutti indipendenti con un organizzazione del lavoro che tiene conto degli effettivi talenti e passioni delle persone e quindi con ottimi risultati in termini di efficienza e velocità.

La nascite dovrebbero essere stabilite da un piano mondiale condiviso fra tutti in modo che non ci sia ne una sovrappopolazione con evidenti problemi di consumo di risorse inesistenti e neppure il contrario, ma un’armonico flusso di generazioni che lasciano a quella dopo un pianeta migliore: con più risorse, più bellezza e meno lavoro da svolgere grazie anche allo sviluppo delle tecnologie e delle scienza: quelle vere.

Attualmente la tecnologia viene monopolizzata dalla multinazionali dell’accumulo di denaro o ancora peggio dai militari che rappresentano solo la distruzione di tutto quello che ho sopra descritto.

Usando le immense risorse a disposizione delle lobbies commerciali e militari il pianeta progredirebbe in maniera esponenziale sulla tecnologia fino ad avere probabilmente nel futuro dei robot che svolgono tutti i lavori più duri e pericolosi.

Non sono pazzie partorite da chi ha visto troppi film di fantascienza perché come ben sapete anche nei libri di Giulio Verne sembrava assurdo poter arrivare sulla luna e l’uomo nel 1969 c’è riuscito e chi poteva pensare fino a 20 anni fa di parlare al proprio telefonino e che lui avrebbe risposto dandoci le informazioni? ... e potrei fare altri esempi ma credo di essermi spiegato.

Apriamo gli occhi e svegliamoci da quest’incubo, siamo uomini o schiavi?

Nelle piccole cose di tutti i giorni non pensiamo solo al nostro bieco interesse ma anche alle conseguenze che ogni nostro pensiero o azione partorirà su questa nostra realtà!

Quei pochi che in questo momento governano il mondo non possono essere più potenti di tutti gli altri se sono tutti consapevoli poiché anche se loro sono ricchi e potenti e possono guidare addirittura i governi fantoccio presenti ora negli stati non potranno mai fermare una moltitudine così grande di NON COLLABORAZIONE. Se ognuno di noi o almeno la maggior parte cominciasse tramite la non violenza a NON acquistare i loro prodotti, NON seguire le loro leggi, NON ascoltare le loro influenze e quindi ad usare i media e non farsi usare da loro… ci vorrebbe una rivoluzione non violenta dove tutti si mettano di traverso e manifestino in maniera permanente finché i governi si dovranno per forza arrendere e lo stesso i governatori dei governi poiché non avrebbero più NULLA da governare!

La crescita, l’immigrazione, il deficit , il debito pubblico, il lavoro, le guerre e tutte le altre fandonie inventate dai governi fantocci e dai loro governanti non hanno alcuna consistenza alla luce di quello che veramente il genere umano potrebbe creare organizzando se stesso come una struttura votata allo sviluppo del benessere, del sapere, dell’interessere e della compassione. Lo sviluppo sarebbe così incredibilmente veloce che potrebbe in qualche centinaio di anni riuscirebbe addirittura a risistemare l’eco sistema di questo pianeta ormai quasi irrimediabilmente compromesso.

E questo pianeta è la nostra casa! O no? La crescita deve essere sempre sostenibile altrimenti parliamo solo di distruzione di massa.

Credete che tanto la vostra anima rinascerà oppure vi troverete in qualche sorta di paradiso perché vi hanno fatto credere questo da sempre?

Mi dispiace ma il paradiso è qui, è questa vita , e solo gestendola al suo massimo possiamo avere i frutti del paradiso e va fatto qui ed ora.

Cominciamo a lavorare allora per questa umanità.

This is an act of accusation and responsibility, but not against someone in particular, against us, we as human kind, as human beings who inhabit this planet.
It is a reflection that everyone should do if he does not have his eyes closed because it is enough to look around and reality reveals what we are wrong and at the same time what we can do to remedy and improve.
Man as a physical and spiritual entity has a great strength that is to learn and process and also a great power that can be creative or destructive depending on whether he or she uses the brain or heart or how it would be better, both joined together.
If we look around in our cities we see so many people who look blind. They seem to be in a hurry to move to their habits without realizing that life is over or over, or it's over for a long time since they are not the ones to choose what to do, think, want etc etc but simply follow the habits, conditioning, "what I have to do because they do it all" without realizing it's all a dream, a rip off.
There is little compassion and empathy in human relations, especially in the city and above all in the great relationships between the states, the nations, these entities invented by the ego to say "I am better than you and you are worse and this makes me stand good". In international relations, laws are ratified where the strongest, the richest is increasingly richer and more powerful, while on the contrary the mass must only work and consume incessantly what they say without being able to give their opinion on these mechanisms.
But the wealthiest of what is rich? Of money? Golden? About what? Do you think they are happy counting their billions? Do you think that they are satisfied with the yet purchase of a 1 million penthouse or Ferrari's latest model? Or is it just like buying coffee for us? How much happiness do you come from, drinking coffee if not for a maximum of 1 minute?
So what is the mission, the purpose of these people who rule the world by accumulating power and wealth without being able to love, share, create, and develop projects?
Their wealth is really nothing. The love and interest that exists between every little particle of the universe is all.
People in cities behave as if common goods were someone else's: they throw the garbage on the ground thinking that it is just that someone else cleans or does not bother at all about the damage they are doing.
You know how much plastic exists at this time on the ground and that it is polluting the seas to such an extent that probably not doing in a few years the marine species will disappear and the food chain will do the rest of the job by killing other species that feed on fish.
Some studies argue that now plastic has also infiltrated the water we drink in the aqueducts, the aquifers, the springs and so we are all plastic (petroleum and carcinogenic) for a long time.
Despite this everywhere we turn it all is plastic: every food container, even the most "organic" contains something plastic and so this process is continually fed and doubled with time.
Some cities are cleaner, more dirty and there are places in the world where there is no waste because they are totally handled with recycling but the percentage of these virtuoso is so low that it looks like a small puddle to the sea.
It is not defective and only to see the negative: they are made and is the first thing to do to make the first step towards a positive rebirth: you need to become conscious, to use your own deep awareness and the deep love that each of us has in our hearts and in our minds and project everything that comes out in projects for a better future, for the change that brings to a new society.
The society I see with this awareness and this love in the heart is this:
there are no more states, nations or borders because they do not serve, we are all citizens of the states of the world. The state organization is aimed at people's well-being and not economic growth. Those who decide is not an elite but all citizens connected with a network of easy access and decisions are always unique: there is no majority and minority but there is always an agreement where all parties are protected and satisfied because they do not exist more differentiation between rich, poor, intelligent and no, races, social classes, religions ... only human beings who share a happy life made of few hours of work a day and a lot of time for creativity, love, care of the environment , art and everything that can give happiness and well-being without harm to anyone.

Worldly redistributed world riches could make everyone independent with a work organization that takes into account the actual talents and passions of people and thus with excellent results in terms of efficiency and speed.
Birth should be established by a world-wide shared plan so that there is no overpopulation with obvious consumption problems of non-existent resources and not the reverse but a harmonious flow of generations that leave it behind a better planet: with more resources, more beauty and less work to be done thanks to the development of technology and science: the real ones.
At present, technology is monopolized by the multinationals of money-making, or even worse by the military, representing only the destruction of all that I have described above.
Using the immense resources available to commercial and military lobbyists, the planet would exponentially advance on technology until probably in the future of robots carrying out all the toughest and most dangerous jobs.
They are not mad outsiders who have seen too much science fiction films because, as you well know in Giulio Verne's books, it seemed absurd to be able to get on the moon and man in 1969 succeeded and who could think up to 20 years ago to talk to own phone and that he would respond by giving us the information? ... and I could do other examples but I think I explained.
Let's open our eyes and wake up from this nightmare, are we men or slaves?
In the small things of everyday we do not think only of our bieco interest but also of the consequences that every our thought or action will give birth to this reality!
Those few who at this time govern the world can not be more powerful than all others if they are all aware of that, even if they are rich and powerful and can even guide the puppet governments present in the states, they can never stop such a multitude of NO COLLABORATION. If each and every one of us or at least most of them begin by not violence, DO NOT buy their products, DO NOT follow their laws, DO NOT listen to their influences, and then use the media and not be used by them ... it would want a revolution not violent where everyone gets traversed and manifests permanently until governments have to give up power and the governors themselves as they no longer have to rule!
Growth, immigration, deficit, public debt, labor, wars, and all the other fandonies invented by puppet governments and their rulers have no consistency in the light of what genuinely mankind could create by organizing himself as a structure devoted to the development of well-being, knowledge, temper and compassion. The development would be so incredibly fast that in a few hundred years it could even reset the eco system of this planet almost irremediably compromised.
And this planet is our home! Or not? Growth must always be sustainable, otherwise we will only talk about mass destruction.
Do you believe that your soul will be born again or will you be in some kind of paradise because they have made you believe this forever?
I'm sorry but paradise is here, it's this life, and only by treating it at its maximum we can have the fruits of paradise and it's done here and now.
Let's start working then for this humanity.

aziende clienti e dipendenti...

Quale sarà il futuro di questa azienda? Come potremo reggere la concorrenza e mantenere i livelli di organico attuali, dando un eccellente servizio al cliente ed al contempo il miglior prezzo?

Sempre più spesso sento fare questo tipo di domande a persone che lavorano in aziende della grande distribuzione organizzata.

La risposta non è di sicuro semplice e forse nessuno la conosce.

L'analisi dell'attuale situazione prevede la presenza di tre soggetti in gioco che sono sempre gli stessi: le aziende, i dipendenti di queste ed i clienti.

E fin qui niente di nuovo , direi che sono gli attori di sempre.

Il problema è che gli obiettivi di questi tre attori sono completamente opposti.

Partiamo dai clienti: sono sempre più informati grazie all'uso di software o app presenti nei nostri immancabili smartphone e quindi si presentano in negozio con informazioni e prezzi: sostanzialmente il cliente “tipo” vuole tre cose: il prezzo migliore , la presenta immediata del prodotto che vuole sullo scaffale ed il miglior servizio possibile (in sintesi e senza entrare nel merito: velocità nell'essere contattato, competenza della consulenza ricevuta e a volte anche un “contatto umano” piacevole).

Qui già incontriamo un “piccolo problema” perché per essere velocemente contattato in un negozio che ha il prodotto a scaffale ed il miglior prezzo significa che tale organizzazione di vendita dovrebbe avere un organico tendenzialmente sovrasviluppato per ovviare ad un flusso di persone molto alto.

Ora passiamo alle aziende: in questo momento di crisi in cui la contrazione delle vendite, l'aumento dei costi fissi non contrattabili (affitti, tasse, ecc) e la concorrenza a dir poco sfrenata delle vendite on line con prezzi a volte incredibili ( non andiamo a spiegare il perché ma penso che ve lo immaginate) l'unico mezzo per avere un minimo di utile è fare leva sui costi fissi contrattabili, ovvero il costo del lavoro. Noi tutti sappiamo che ogni azienda non può certo contrattare la percentuale di contribuzione inps o irpef con lo stato e quindi gli unici modi possono essere: ridurre l'organico con licenziamenti, ridurre gli stipendi togliendo gli straordinari, i premi ed altri benefit, puntare sulla trasversalità facendo fare tutto a tutti e ridistribuendo l'organico nazionale attraverso trasferimento volontari e non e chiudendo i negozi totalmente in perdita da tempo... ecc ecc

Ovviamente tutte queste “manovre” che un azienda potrebbe fare, più altre che non ho elencato o che qualcuno si deve ancora inventare vanno tutte contro la parte più importante che regge l'esistenza stessa di un negozio fisico: entrarci e trovare un minimo di servizio.

Si perché il servizio non nasce sugli alberi o non lo si può comprare un tot al chilo ma viene offerto da delle persone che lavorando da tanti anni in questo settore con passione e determinazione, subendo spesso stress molto alti, con la loro esperienza e la loro creatività riescono a trasmettere con una comunicazione efficace, un entusiasmo al cliente.

Io credo che questo sia impagabile e che le aziende dovrebbero investire con piani formativi veri ed efficaci e non con le solite riunioni piene di dati e grafici senza senso: puntare ad accrescere la capacita di comunicazione delle persone, quella sorta di empatia che ti fa scegliere un negozio piuttosto che un altro AL DI LA DEL PREZZO O DI ALTRI DATI FISSI.

Molte aziende infatti stanno lavorando pesantemente su questo ma sempre “dal loro punto di vista” ovvero vendendo servizi che il web non può dare, ma questo non significa che ogni cliente sia disposto ad acquistarli o comunque anche se fossero i migliori servizi del mondo ci vorrebbe comunque un organico MOTIVATO E FORMATO per saperli vendere in percentuali abbastanza alte da poter coprire quella parte di utile che si perde abbassando i prezzi per la concorrenza.

Arriviamo quindi ai dipendenti: chi si trova a lavorare in questo tipo di aziende in questo momento vede crollare due capisaldi del lavoro dipendente: un minimo di sicurezza del posto di lavoro e un minimo di aumento costante nel tempo della retribuzione o almeno la presenza di premi per obiettivo raggiungibili. Purtroppo questo non è tutto: dovendo affrontare periodi in cui la contrazione delle vendite è molto alta le aziende stanno facendo anche smaltire tutte le ferie arretrate e spesso alcune sono in contratto di solidarietà (con un ulteriore taglio delle ore disponibili di copertura)...con una situazione del genere la motivazione e quindi il servizio al customer sono destinati a crollare a picco e quindi la strategia di “dare un servizio eccellente” chi la deve attuare?

Non credo che si possa attuare da sola.

Insomma per dirla in una frase abbiamo tre attori che vogliono tre cose diverse e nessuno credo sia disposto a cedere qualcosa per arrivare ad un accordo: le aziende devono arrivare ad un minimo di utile per sopravvivere e far guadagnare gli azionisti abbassando i costi, i prezzi di vendita, lo stock in magazzino ed aumentando le vendite; i clienti vogliono il miglior prezzo, il prodotto presente sullo scaffale ed un ottimo e veloce servizio; i dipendenti vogliono un lavoro sicuro, sereno, giustamente retribuito: chi può metterli d'accordo?

In effetti ora esiste un quarto attore che sono le aziende del web: chi di noi non ha mai comprato su amazon o altri siti di vendita on line?

Ma qualcuno sa come si trovano i dipendenti di queste aziende? Le notizie sono discordanti ma sempre più spesso si ha notizia di pesanti abusi sul posto di lavoro, di orari massacranti ed obiettivi impossibili da raggiungere, di pause inesistenti neppure per bisogni fisiologici, insomma siamo tornati ad un moderno e sofisticato “schiavismo”... tutto questo per avere a disposizione l'acquisto di prodotti on line solo premendo due bottoni ed avendoli il giorno successivo consegnati a casa?

Senza contare lo sfruttamento incredibile del personale della logistica: provate a chiedere ad un padroncino di un furgone che lavora per i vari corrieri quante ore deve fare per poter portar a casa uno stipendio dignitoso...

Insomma alla fine SIAMO NOI CLIENTI CHE STIAMO CREANDO QUESTA SITUAZIONE, si proprio noi che vogliamo il miglior prezzo, il prodotto subito disponibile ed il miglior servizio!

Si perché questo MODUS OPERANDI potrebbe anche estendersi tra poco anche al settore dove lavoriamo noi e quando saremo noi a dover rinunciare agli straordinari, ai bonus, all'aumento o addiritura al posto di lavoro allora come la prenderemo la cosa? CON CHI DOBBIAMO PRENDERCELA?

Io non ho risposte preconfezionate ma posso dirvi solo una cosa: partiamo da noi stessi!

Nel lavoro che facciamo ad esempio: diamo sempre il massimo con passione e determinazione ed ecco che il risultato sarà sicuramente ottimale ed assicuriamoci che ogni nostro collega faccia altrettanto: se ognuno facesse la sua parte sarebbe sicuramente più facile e si avrebbe meno stress per tutti , non è vero?

Inoltre quando andiamo ad acquistare qualcosa non usiamo solo il metro della nostra convenienza e del nostro interesse: non ci dovrebbe essere un'etica anche nella scelta dei prodotti che acquistiamo e dove li stiamo acquistando? Ad esempio sapete che molti capi di abbigliamento a buon mercato acquistabili in molte catene di negozi blasonate sono il risultato dello sfruttamento di lavoro minorile con orari massacranti e luoghi di lavoro insalubri? Sono sicuro che vale lo stesso per ogni tipo di prodotto: siete disposti alla sofferenza o addiritura alla morte altrui per un piccolo risparmio?

Facendo tutti scelte più consapevoli potremmo migliorare il mondo anche partendo da piccole cose come comprare un prodotto, un alimento, un servizio: in fondo stiamo cedendo il denaro che abbiamo guadagnando togliendo tempo alla nostra vita lavorando tutto il giorno, non pensate che questo abbia un valore?

Sicuramente lo ha perché la vita stessa è il valore più alto e basandoci su questo postulato possiamo modificare le nostre scelte creando felicità e non sofferenza.

I'm always more and more often asked to ask this kind of question to people who work in large organized distribution companies.

The answer is not for sure simple and maybe nobody knows it.

The analysis of the current situation involves the presence of three players in the game who are always the same: companies, employees and clients.

And now nothing new, I would say that they are the actors of all time.

The problem is that the objectives of these three actors are completely opposed.

Let's start with our customers: they are increasingly aware of the use of software or apps in our inevitable smartphones and then come to the store with information and prices: basically the "type" customer wants three things: the best price, the immediate present of The product she wants on the shelf and the best service possible (in summary and without getting into the merits: speed in contact, expertise of the advice received and sometimes even a nice "human contact").

Here we already encounter a "small problem" because in order to be contacted quickly in a store that has the shelf product and the best price means that this sales organization should have a tendency of over-developed organic to overcome a very high flow of people.

Now let's go to the companies: at this time of crisis where the contraction in sales, the increase in non-contractual fixed costs (rents, taxes, etc.) and competition to some extent of on-line sales at sometimes unbelievable prices (not Let's explain why, but I think you imagine it) the only means to have a minimum of profit is leverage on contracted fixed costs, that is, the cost of labor. I think this is unmanageable and companies should invest with real and effective training plans and not with the usual full-scale meetings and meaningless graphics: aim to increase people's communication skills, that kind of empathy that makes you choose A store rather than another AT THE PRICE OR OTHER FIXED DATA.

All this to have the purchase of online products just by pressing two buttons and having them the next day delivered home?

Not to mention the incredible exploitation of logistics personnel: try to ask a master of a van who works for various couriers how many hours he needs to make a decent salary ...

In the end we are CUSTOMERS WHO ARE WE WORKING FOR THIS SITUATION, we just want the best price, the product immediately available and the best service!

Is this why MODUS OPERANDI could even extend to the industry where we work and when we are going to have to give up extraordinary bonuses, increases or additions to the job then how will we take it? WHO WE WOULD BE AWARDED?

I have no preconfigured answers but I can only tell you one thing: let's start by ourselves!

In the work we do for example: we always give the most with passion and determination and here the result will certainly be optimal and make sure that each of our colleagues does the same: if everyone makes his part would be definitely easier and would have less stress for everyone, it's not true?

Also when we go shopping something we do not use only the meter of our convenience and our interest: should there not be ethics in choosing the products we buy and where are we buying them? For example, do you know that many cheap clothing items that can be purchased at many of the bargain shopping chains are the result of exploitation of child labor with massive timetables and unhealthy workplaces? I'm sure it's the same for every type of product: Are you willing to suffer or add to the death of others for a little savings?

By making all the more conscious choices we could improve the world even starting from small things like buying a product, a food, a service: in the end we are surrendering the money we are gaining taking time to our lives working all day, do not you think this has a value?

Surely it is because life itself is the highest value and based on this postulate we can change our choices by creating happiness and not suffering.

It applies to all players in the game.

Apriamo gli occhi

Spesso ascolto o leggo di persone in difficoltà e sento dentro di me lo stomaco che si contorce, è qualcosa di fisico perché sento la sofferenza causata da quel particolare periodo della loro vita.

Allo stesso tempo però mi sento di dire a tutti che proprio grazie a quei momenti si cresce e si acquista quel pizzico di consapevolezza in più per poter vedere la realtà così com'è.

Già perché in effetti noi siamo ciechi e sordi ed il logorio dei pensieri compulsivi di cui più della metà non sono nostri ci riempe la giornata ed a volte anche la notte con i sogni.

Non sto dicendo che i problemi non esistono e che dobbiamo ignorarli perché sarebbe proprio stupido ma possiamo cambiare solo il nostro atteggiamento perché il problema da solo non scomparirà mai. Io vi posso assicurare dal profondo del mio cuore che se cambiate atteggiamento verso il problema , per metà è già risolto.

Apriamoci alla vita,

Non vediamo che la vita è proprio li davanti a noi !

la bellezza è li davanti a noi...

il sole, il vento, il mare, la pioggia, camminare, parlare, ridere, fare l'amore, piangere di gioia o di tristezza e l'elenco potrebbe essere pressoché infinito...

apriamo gli occhi, spegniamo i pensieri specialmente negativi per un po' e regaliamoci la vita , la nostra vita, la nostra gioia...

e poi potremo essere pronti al passo successivo: a regalare la nostra gioia anche agli altri

La matrice del tempo

La vita è un processo di trasformazione in crescendo . Miglioriamo continuamente imparando e facendo nuove esperienze , positive o negative che siano. In fondo è tutto soggettivo compresa la percezione del tempo. Quello che erroneamente chiamiamo vecchiaia non è decadenza e vicinanza alla fine ( la morte ) ma semplicemente il periodo più vicino al nostro culmine, il momento in cui ci trasformeremo in qualcosa di diverso così come da un bruco nasce una farfalla .

Se la vita non  è questo ma solo una serie di abitudini sempre uguali che si ripetono a random, ci siamo auto condannati ad una morte precoce , facendo finta di vivere .

dodicesima lezione presso l'universita dell'essere umano

In politica, come in altre attività di coordinamento ed in generale in qualsiasi professione sappiamo tutti che sono importanti due aspetti.

Il primo è la professionalità, il know how, , l’esperienza, ecc ecc. Non mi dilungo nel descrivere tale qualità perché non serve: nell’attuale società distorta dove la competitività è la norma e la crescita è l’imperativo ci hanno insegnato che DEVI essere migliore degli altri in una ipotetica scala infinita dove godi per quelli sotto e soffri per quelli sopra, quindi solo infelicità e sofferenza.

Il secondo che viene sempre ritenuto meno importante è l’aspetto umano.

Ed è questo che può salvarci.

Ogni persona ha peculiarità negli aspetti caratteriali, comportamenti , abitudini, cultura ecc

Ogni persona ha dei talenti ed alcuni sono nascosti. Neppure lui li conosce, devono uscire allo scoperto ma ci sono.

Come ben saprete se avete studiato le lezioni precedenti secondo il mio metro generale e non particolare l’essere umano per essere chiamato tale deve avere almeno queste tre componenti:

libertà , naturalità e consapevolezza.

Se non sei libero non puoi fare nulla poiché nelle tua condizione di schiavo non puoi affatto vivere, sei solo un robot che esegue gli ordini dati in modo automatico con qualche sprazzo di umanità (magari durante le ferie…).

Se non sei naturale e totale nell’essere e nell’azione ed ogni cosa scaturisce solo dalla mente torniamo al punto di partenza: sei solo un robot che esegue le sue abitudini, frutto dei condizionamenti precedenti ed ormai inseriti in modo permanente nella tua “ram” , l’inconscio: per cui non ti accorgi neppure di cosa stai pensando, facendo.

Essere naturali non è una qualità che solo alcuni hanno ma si può coltivare: con delle pratiche psico fisiche di consapevolezza e con il contatto di madre natura, un contatto vero e profondo. Per questo le nostre città sono purtroppo inadatte a questa trasformazione.

Per farvi un esempio di perfezione in questo senso pensate allo sciamano dei nativi Americani (i veri Americani con la A maiuscola che sono stati ovviamente trucidati dai famosi cow boy , una cozzaglia di delinquenti armati e senza cervello e soprattutto senza umanità, molto diversi da quello che ci volevano far credere nei film che abbiamo visto da piccoli).

La consapevolezza è fondamentale: “sono arrivato, sono a casa, nel qui e ora” e quindi vedo cosa succede intorno a me e dentro di me, perché lo vivo e scelgo i pensieri e le azioni e non il contrario.

Quanto sono la maggior parte del tempo in questo stato (perché sempre secondo me è impossibile per molti e possibile solo per alcuni) la mia energia scende in parte dal cervello dove la concentriamo sempre più in basso, verso il cuore.

Questo è importante perché quando l’energia arriva al cuore è possibile vivere l’esperienza dell’amore vero vero: senza condizioni, senza fine, senza bersaglio, così come il sole si espande con i suoi raggi verso qualunque cosa senza escludere: include perché è universale.

Quello che i Buddhisti chiamano compassione: includere e non escludere , in inter-essere in cui ogni cosa vivente e non fa parte di un tutto che si influenza a vicenda in ogni istante: come diceva un famoso scrittore “il volo di una farfalla qui sulla terra può influenzare una stella in un’altra galassia”, ogni nostro pensiero o azione è profondamente legato a tutto ciò che ci circonda.

Ma torniamo alla politica.

La politica dovrebbe essere un servizio dato dalle migliori persone presenti in una comunità (tipo il militare una volta) per un tot di tempo e poi basta (dai due ai cinque anni al massimo),volontario e quindi retribuito con la stessa retribuzione precedente della persona (ovviamente tutto spesato, almeno). Queste persone possono rendere un grosso servizio offrendo in dono le proprie capacità ed esperienze unendo la loro unicità e umanità per rendere migliore l’organizzazione delle cose comuni e la vita di tutti.

Senza tante parole vi farò due esempi degli unici due uomini politici (che io conosco) che rientrano in tutto o in parte nel mio concetto di umanità: Nelson Mandela e José Mujica (ancora in vita: ex presidente della repubblica dell’Uruguay).

Cominciamo a lavorare per questa umanità.

Freedom, naturalness and awareness.

Awareness is crucial: "I came, I'm home, here and now" so I see what happens around me and inside me, because I live and choose thoughts and actions and not the other way around.
How much of my time is in this state (because I always think that it is impossible for many and possible only for some) my energy falls in part from the brain where we focus it all the way down to the heart.
This is important because when energy reaches the heart it is possible to experience the experience of true love: without conditions, without end, without target, as the sun expands with its rays to anything without excluding: it includes why Is universal.
What the Buddhists call compassion: to include and not exclude, in inter-being, in which everything is alive and is not part of an all-influencing one at a time: as a famous writer said, "the flight of a butterfly here on Land can affect a star in another galaxy, "all our thoughts or actions are deeply tied to everything around us.
But let's go back to politics.
Policy should be a service given by the best people present in a community (like the military once) for a while and then enough (from two to five years at most), voluntary and therefore paid with the same person's previous salary (Of course everything is worth it, at least). These people can make a great deal of service by offering their skills and experiences by joining their uniqueness and humanity in order to better organize common things and the lives of all.
Without so many words I will give you two examples of the only two political men (whom I know) that fall entirely or partly into my concept of humanity: Nelson Mandela and José Mujica (still alive: former president of the Uruguay republic).

utopia di un dipendente

Dalla mia esperienza ho notato alcune cose per cui non funziona la comunicazione nelle aziende.

Che siano piccole, medie o multinazionali i rapporti interpersonali sono fra gli stretti collaboratori, mentre la cosiddetta “padronanza” rappresenta un miraggio soprattutto nelle multinazionali.

La distanza fra questi e quelli diventa incolmabile e le interpretazioni dei messaggi dei vari manager “di mezzo” provocano distorsioni e incomprensioni.

Parliamoci chiaro: ognuno in questo mondo, specialmente nel mondo del lavoro tende a fare il proprio interesse e spesso questa solida verità non viene affrontata come se fosse scomoda e fastidiosa.

Non è forse normale che il datore di lavoro tenda a far dare il massimo ai collaboratori pagandoli meno possibile nello stesso tempo non è forse normale che i dipendenti cerchino di fare meno possibile guadagnando sempre di più?

Tutto questo tenendo conto che il messaggio fondamentale di fondo che questa società ci impone è di crescere smisuratamente aumentando i profitti per avere una solidità che consenta la prosecuzione della vita dell’azienda.

E’ un po’ come se ogni giorno ognuno di noi andasse al supermercato comprando del cibo a lunga conservazione e stipandolo in casa perché...non si sa mai nei momenti di magra potrei morire di fame.

Come noi dipendenti impieghiamo i nostri danari lo sappiamo bene, non serve che io lo elenca qui ma sappiamo anche che siamo sempre “sul filo del rasoio” perché tutto sommato la vita è rischiare, è portare se stessi ai propri limiti ed andare oltre, dunque vi immaginate la noia?

Nelle aziende invece che fine fanno i fiumi di denaro che vengono creati dai profitti anno dopo anno? Chi lo sa? Oltre agli investimenti , che sono il sacrosanto modo di creare un futuro il resto dove finisce?

Qual è il futuro che stiamo creando per i nostri figli, nipoti e pronipoti (sempre che ci saranno) ?

Secondo me l’unico vero scopo per cui un’azienda debba esistere è la felicità dei suoi dipendenti e dei suoi clienti, con il giusto profitto per sopravvivere, niente di più.

Non è una forma di comunismo aziendale ma credo l’unico modo per poter creare una vera etica aziendale capace di far sopravvivere l’uomo su questo pianeta.

Si perché non ci scordiamo che le risorse utili alla sopravvivenza sono ben oltre consumate ormai e ci vorrebbero due pianeti per far andare avanti questa maledetta crescita che si sta mangiando tutto proprio tutto il nostro futuro!

Nelle aziende spesso vengono fatte riunioni, date disposizioni ma sempre a riguardo di obiettivi economici: aumentare il fatturato, crescere sui margini, diminuire gli stock, aumentare la fidelizzazione dei clienti ecc ecc

Il 99,9% delle persone mentre sente queste disposizioni pensa: “ e io cosa ci guadagno, come al solito niente o la solita pacca sulla spalla?”. Parliamoci chiaro, la motivazione manca e diventa la solita: se l’azienda non riesce a fare questo andrà male e quindi potresti essere licenziato ecc ecc…. Ecco avete capito di cosa parlo? Della paura. Nelle aziende si motivano i collaboratori ancora come migliaia di anni fa si faceva con gli schiavi: con la paura.

Mai sentito che un’azienda dica: no, io prima di tutto voglio che chi lavori qui sia felice e appassionato per quello che sta facendo, che sia presente nel quieora mentre lavora: pensate a quale risultato avrebbe un’azienda con collaboratori di questo tipo sui clienti?

Credete che non si possa fare?
Io credo di si.

Sono sicuro di si.

Is it not normal for an employer to try to make the most of its employees by paying them less than possible at the same time, is it not normal for employees to try to make less profit by gaining more and more?
All this taking into account that the fundamental message that this company imposes on us is to grow tremendously by increasing the profits to have a solidity that will allow the company to continue its life.
It's a bit like every day we go to the supermarket by buying long-lasting food and putting it in the house because ... you never know when I'm lean I could starve.
As we employees use our money we know it well, I do not need to list it here but we also know that we are always "on the razor wire" because all together life is risking, is to bring ourselves to your limits and go further, therefore Do you imagine boredom?
In the end-to-end businesses do the rivers of money that are created by profits year after year? Who knows? In addition to the investments, which are the sacrosanct way of creating a future the rest where it ends?
What is the future we are creating for our children, grandchildren, and grandchildren (when ever there)?
In my view, the only true purpose for which a company has to exist is the happiness of its employees and its customers, with the just profit to survive, nothing more.
It is not a form of business communism, but I believe the only way to create a true corporate ethic that is able to survive man on this planet.
It is because we do not forget that the resources that are useful to survival are far more than consumed now and we would like two planets to keep this damned growth going on all of our future!
Meetings, arrangements, but always on economic goals are often made in companies: increasing revenue, increasing margins, decreasing stocks, increasing customer loyalty etc. etc.
99.9% of people feel these arrangements thinking, "and what do I gain, as usual, or the usual pouch on my shoulder?" Let's be clear, motivation lacks and becomes the usual: if the business fails to do this it will go bad and so you could be fired etc etc .... So you understand what I'm talking about? Of fear. Employees continue to motivate their employees as thousands of years ago they did with the slaves: with fear.
Never heard of a company say no, I first want that whoever works here is happy and passionate about what she is doing, that she is present in her while she works: think about what result she would have a company with such collaborators About customers?
